Conditions for Returning Items
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. To start the return process, please contact us by emailing support@drivonal.com. Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns requested after the 30-day period.

The Process of Returning Items
Before sending anything back, it is important to reach out to us first. Please email us with your order details and the reason for your return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed. Once we review your request, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions, including where and how to send your package.
When preparing your return, please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend choosing a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.

Refund of Your Payment
Once we receive your returned package, it will go through an inspection process to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. We never apply restocking fees, so you will be refunded the full amount for the approved return.

If you realize that the item you ordered isn’t quite what you wanted and you’d prefer something else, we’re here to make the exchange simple. Just send us an email at support@drivonal.com with your order number and the details of the product you’d like instead.

Cancellations Option
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@drivonal.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that once your order has entered the processing stage, it can no longer be cancelled. Prompt communication is key, so we recommend acting without delay.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If, in exceptional circumstances, you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are very sorry and apologize for the inconvenience caused. In order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, please send photos that clearly document the problem, along with your order number and a brief description, to support@drivonal.com. Once we receive your documentation, our team will immediately review everything and ensure that the issue is resolved. Either by replacing the item or providing another suitable solution. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do our utmost to restore it.
