Shipping Procedure
Once you have successfully completed your order, we will send you a confirmation email informing you that we have started processing it. This process usually takes 0-1 working days (Monday - Friday), during which time we will prepare your shipment for dispatch.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive another email from us with detailed tracking information so you can check the status of your order at any time. You can track your order here.Ā
The delivery time itself is approximately 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday), depending on your location and the current availability of shipping services. We strive to ensure that every order arrives as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.
Delays
If the standard processing and delivery time has passed and you still haven't received your order, please be patient. We recommend waiting another 2 working days (Monday - Friday), as there may be a delay on the part of the carrier. Don't forget to use the tracking code. If you still haven't received your shipment, please contact us at support@drivonal.com and provide your order number. We will be happy to check everything.
Cancellations Option
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@drivonal.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that once your order has entered the processing stage, it can no longer be cancelled. Prompt communication is key, so we recommend acting without delay.
Items With Defects or Discrepancies
